Add Idaho to the list of states potentially legalizing gambling.  Granted Idaho has a ridiculously tight ban on gambling.  And there’s no word on whether poker will be legalized.  But you got to love the movement across the country toward legalizing gambling.

To illustrate just how TAG is the Idaho law that may be overturned, it has led to law enforcement instructing senior citizens to stop playing their retirement home $20 ante game (can I get in on that game?) and makes it a crime for prosecutors to fail to prosecute March Madness pools.  Wow.
